The National Electronic Health Record vision - One Patient, One Health Record

NEHR enables a single patient health record for authorised clinicians to access across the healthcare continuum.

One of the NEHR initiatives was Project CLEO (Clinic Electronic Medical Record and Operation System), which comprised of a GP-oriented CMS (Clinic Management System) and EMR ( Electronic Medical Record). The goals of Project CLEO is to facilitate better quality and safer patient care in addition to optimising clinic operations for better and more efficient patient service.

MIMS provided the MIMS Integrated Clinical Decision Support solution and mapping services to support MOHH/SingTel. The MIMS solution contains a Singapore specific database - fully integrated with Singapore Drug Dictionary (SDD) and Critical Medical Information Store (CMIS) Drug Allergy, as well as evidence-based decision support modules such as drug interactions, drug allergy and duplicate therapy.

Project CLEO was discontinued at end 2015 after a two-year pilot study.

Succeeded by GP Connect Project, just gone live with 1st GP clinic on 17 Feb 2017.
